This is the first jerky we imported and the single product from
which the business has grown. It is made in the old fashioned way
and is quite smoky in flavour. Not too salty or spicy, just full
of beefy flavour. First the jerky is made then it is cut into small
handy bite sized bits so you don't need to rip off an end like the
slab ranges. Several styles are offered as we know that people want
different things.
This original nuggets are very high protein and ideal for taking
on long distance trips as it can be packed down into a small volume
quite easily
